Dr. Kevin Gee, President of the Southern Smoke Foundation and a 2022 Southern Smoke Hall of Flame inductee, leads the charge in supporting food and beverage workers during their most challenging times. The Hall of Flame award was established in 2022 to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to the Southern Smoke Foundation since its inception in 2015.

Southern Smoke is a nonprofit organization founded by current and former F+B professionals who understand the unique struggles of the industry. By putting funds directly into the hands of those in need, Southern Smoke creates a safety net for workers, offering critical support that often doesn’t exist elsewhere.
